How long will you take to complete my order?

Yes, on most jobs we can complete within 24 – 48 hours with overnight courier.

What quality can I expect?

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional quality and are always updating to the latest hardware and software.

What is the cost of postage?

For small packets through Royal Mail £5. For larger orders overnight courier £9.50.

What different video formats do you support?

Digital, Betacam, Betacam SP, DV Cam, Mini DV, Digital 8, Umatic, SP/Low & Hi-Band, Hi-8, Video 8, SVHS, VHS, Betamax & C formats.

Do you check media prior to despatch?

Yes, we check each one in three different places for picture quality and sound.

Do you require a minimum quantity for Duplication?

No, we are pleased to one to as many as required.

Where are you?

We are in South Bristol, off the A37 close to Central Business Park.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Cheque, P.O. and cash.

Do you operate a while-u-wait service?

Yes, for small jobs however please contact us to check on our workload.

Do you support analogue and digital?

Yes.

Do you offer a design, print and packaging service?

Yes we do call for further information

Can you deliver to any destination worldwide?

Yes

Are your prices subject to VAT?

Yes however certain countries and charities are VAT exempt. Please phone for clarification

What is included in your duplication prices?

A super High Grade tape, face label and a cardboard sleeve.

Are your duplicating machines daisy chained?

No each machine is fed independently via a broadcast audio video distributor, all signals pass through a broadcast time base corrector and sound is monitored through a pre-amp mixer.

Can you transfer my video so that it will play in another country?

Yes we can transfer to any country worldwide and to any of the different formats that they may use.

Can you convert my DVD for playback in America?

Yes we can convert Region 2 to Region 1
